This is a new addition to the blog. I think it will be helpful to new Angel Baby parents as well as a place for new parents to comment and share. Some things you might want to share are your experience with the breeder before, during and after the wait for your puppy. Information that was particularly helpful to you. Things about your puppy that you want to share. Anything that resonates with you.

It is not recommended that you share personal information such as telephone numbers or email addresses. If you want to conntect to someone, I will be happy to facilitate that.

  1. Thank you for the sneak peek into where you house and care for your puppies. It is obvious you love this breed and go to great lengths to care for them. It looks like they have plenty of room, comfort and stimulation. The cleanliness is amazing! This is exactly what I want in a breeder Lisa H. 05/23/18 on Our Home Where The Puppies Are Bred & Raised

  3. Sally, thank you for the helpful checklist. Since I have had dogs in the past, including a Maltese, I have most of the items already. I am fully prepared to embrace this new puppy as a blessing and not a burden. I know what kind of a commitment this is and take it very seriously. I really appreciate all of the time you put into helping make the transition for the puppies and new parents the best experience it can be by providing so much useful information. I met Sally just before she began weaning the litter before my puppy (I think?), and I had the privilege of talking with a couple of that litter’s parents over the phone as they kindly took the time to tell me about their experiences watching their own little Maltese Angle Baby grow. (Special thank you to those parents, whose names I won’t share for privacy sake: sharing your experiences really helped me.) Listening to them exude joy and happiness was heartwarming and enlightening—but you guys!!—Listening to someone else talk about their puppy is *nothing* like going through it yourself with YOUR puppy! My puppy is only two days old and already, I’ve got over 50 photos and a video that I’ve shared with my friends and family and I can’t stop looking at them! I’m probably legit-obsessed, looking at my handsome little puppy and studying his every feature (tiny little white eyelashes, who he’s cuddling with, the way he crawls)! Sally, Had to write again. We love the fact that you are breeding for particular traits particularly a shorter snout. This gives the puppies what I refer to as a Baby Doll face. I love this look and based on your breeding standards all of our puppies should have this trait! Joe and Ronna Bend, Oregon on Maltese Breed Standards

Definately bonding is so crucial. Every humans/animals need and wants to feel loved, safe, and special. And you are so right bonding is the base that builds confidence, security, and trust. I do like how you referred to bonding as a way for puppy's to organize their feelings and actions. I never thought about it in this way but it is so true. Great advice. I like the squeeze bottle information. As I mentioned in a previous blog that I had a bad experience with a Shitz Tuz breeder and I had to take my puppy to the vet several times in the first two weeks for IV therapy because she would not eat. Very expensive and emotionally draining. I love the idea of weighting the babies everyday. Denise Vallier on Puppy At New Home - Won't Eat - What Can I Do?

Sally, again, great advice on preparing ahead of time for the new arrival. My husband and I are so excited. We have been planning, and arranging for a new arrival. It's such an exciting time. We have a playpen, dog carrier plus a purse carrier, clothes, new grooming supplies, and tons of toys and stuff animals. We need to get a crate yet, plus there is a stuff animal I want to order that has a beating heart. The food information is so important. Because I have never had a Maltese before I have been reading a lot of books on raising Maltese and they do all mention the importance of watching for hyperglycemia. I love how you post and show pictures of the food and supplements you give the puppies, so helpful. If my husband and I are fortunate enough to be chosen to be parents of one of your little Angels I will definately be the main care giver since I am home 24/7. So we are prepared! Sally, as so many, I too have lost a dog that was the love of my life. The grieving process was difficult, really difficult. But I am so happy I allowed myself time to totally go through the grieving process, because now I know I am ready to open my heart unconditionally to a new love of my life wirh absolutely no expectations of him being like nor replacing my first doggie love. In fact, it's important to me that my new boy has his own unique personality, I can't wait to fall in love again! The puppy stage can be challenging, but I love this stage! What a time to bond, teach, and learn. I love your check list it is very helpful. The only thing I would add is getting a bottle of Score 10X it's a must for any new puppy parent. Not if, but rather when your puppy pees on the carpet after you have dabbed it up with a towel spray Score 10X on the area it totally elementates any residue and oder permanently. It even works on old pet stains/oders. Denise Vallier on Expectations When Getting A New Puppy

You are awesome Sally! What other breeder takes so many pictures and gives such intimate details to each parent. Your availability for help or questions before and after a parent brings home their baby is so helpful and nice. It is obvious you not only breed puppies but that you love these puppies and want only the best for them in your care and long after they go to their forever home. After having had a bad experience with another breeder in the past you have no idea how comforting this for new parents. on What To Expect From The Breeder After You Purchase A Puppy

Bonding is important, going hand and hand with attachment. When having a newborn, its the same. Mother and father bonding with child. As a child gets older the experiences he had as a baby to a child to a teen, to an adult. All started as bonding with your parents. I do think with puppies they seem to do the same thing. Bonding with their caregiver, sharing a connection of trust, socializing, development and security to make them be their own personality when growing up. You had some good ideas in this blog, Sally, that was awesome. thank you. Tim and Jane Vaughn on Developing Attachment: A Bond For Life

Have you recently lost a furry family member? Please read my story. We lost our beloved Zoey in May of 2017. She was nine years old and she was a member of our family her whole life. Our hearts were absolutely torn apart. We felt the only way to be happy was to get another dog to love and be part of our family. I picked up our baby Maltese, Libby, in August when she was eight weeks old. I was expecting a dog (like Zoey) that I could sleep with and that would take naps in my lap. Instead, our puppy couldn't sit still for five seconds!!! She was constantly licking, biting, chewing and having accidents EVERYWHERE!!! It was very difficult and disappointing to say the least! But, we kept with it. The biggest disappointment was I didn't love Libby like I did Zoey. I still tear up everyday when I think about my lost furry baby. She left a tremendous hole in my heart! Getting Libby has in no way eased the pain. I've still had to go through the grieving process. A broken on Expectations When Getting A New Puppy

When I first came to visit my baby, Sally was so sweet to me! I held my new baby for the first time, and I just cried! She was so beautiful! I came to visit at least once a week. Sally always made me feel very welcome! It is very easy to see right off how much she loves her dogs. I knew my new baby was taken well care of! The frequent photos were wonderful, they helped me get through to the next visit. She was always there for me by phone. Sally is definitely the best breeder I have ever met!!! My baby is now four months old. She is absolutely gorgeous! At her first veterinarian visit with me, the vet was shocked she was only nine weeks old because her coat was so thick and lush. She received a clean bill of health! I am so happy I have found Sally. She has been and continues to be so helpful and a great friend! on What To Expect From The Breeder After You Purchase A Puppy

  30. Sometimes it isn’t all puppies and rainbows. Sometimes people may get “post-puppy depression”. I wanted to post this so other people who are going through the same thing, know they’re not alone and there’s nothing wrong with them. YOU ARE NOT A HORRIBLE PERSON, many people go through a period like this, just do a quick google search…some people have it longer than others. I consider my puppy very "easy": he's friendly, open and tolerant and even with this perfectly behaved, beautiful little one, I went through a little bit where I was mourning the loss of my freedom. I'd look out the window and saw beautiful summer days passing me by: the kayaks were sitting on our dock with the river and mountains calling my name, the hammock was swaying in the breeze, I was craving Haagen-Dazs’s Dulce de Leche, the yard was beginning to look neglected and my tan fading. I also wasn’t eating my usual diet and instead, relying on instant noodles and coffee, not enjoying fresh summer produce and homemade lemonade. I wished I was anywhere else, except inside...not away from my puppy, mind you, just out doing things/living life WITH him. I never resented my puppy, but I did question if I had thought things through thoroughly enough. All the neurotic fretting over all the potential for him to get sick or hurt….is he eating enough?—is he too hot?—is he too cold?—will he be ok if I leave the house to grocery shop?—is this safe for him to eat?—are the hawk eyeing him through our window?--did I remember to wash that new toy before I gave it to him?—and then when we did go out, all the puppy accoutrements I had to bring to make ME feel like he was safe and I was prepared for anything…and having to tell people “no, you can’t touch my puppy, he’s too little still” and being met with frowns and looks of disapproval. Yes, neurotic!

And it lasted for longer than I would have like, but it passed.

But a really great ritual was discovered during that time: puppy-play-sessions on the floor. I mean serious play sessions, where it's ALL about playing with the baby. You take your glasses off and you're not worried about messing up your clothes or the living room looking like a tornado hit it...a glass of wine (or two) is optional, but totally not necessary, because the puppy kisses and love and bonding come easy! It's a perfect remedy for any time you're feeling down, or even if your frustrated with your pup. 20 minutes later and I'm feeling pretty good again and we've renewed/reinforced our bond.

  31. Sally is a breeder above and apart from others. I personally have never heard of someone like her. Her Maltese Angels have a whole large separate room in her house that is totally devoted to them; just like Sally is. Their houses (kennels) are clean and full of toys. Each Angel is well fed, beautifully groomed and full of joyful self confidence. Having been allowed to meet the Moms and Dads, I was able to see first hand how much they love Sally and life. I was also able to see Angel Lila with her new babies. Lila and the babies are healthy and strong. Sally is a treasure trove of information regarding how to take care of Angel Babies and is delighted to share. I am confident that when I am able to bring a Maltese Angel Baby home, both the baby and I will be well prepared for the journey. Thank you so very much Sally!

Her puppies are even more beautiful and tiny in person! My husband and I have never seen more beautiful Maltese's! They have perfect temperaments, size looks, etc. Sally's home is perfect! In fact, beautiful! It's immaculate, clean and fresh! She has created an area just for her puppies! It is clean, professional and a fun area where her puppies an play and socialize. 33. OUR FIRST CONTACT...
with Sally and Maltese Angel Babies was in November 2018. We have had 2 Maltese puppies over the last 28 years. Our first Maltese lived 16+ years and our second 11+ years.
We will be bringing home our Maltese 'Angel Baby' on February 15, 2019... her name is RITZY!
In fact, this Thursday, January 10th we will meet our little puppy for the first time! We are traveling all the way from Wyoming to meet her! Sally has been outstanding! She is thorough, knowledgeable, professional, passionate and very personal and loves the Maltese Breed and her beautiful puppies!
We have been in almost daily contact since our first conversation. Even though we have owned 2 Maltese's, we feel we are learning so much and Sally is taking us to the net level in being prepared for when we bring our puppy, RITZY home! She truly wants it to be the BEST experience for us (the new parents) and the puppy! We even have our own personal file with multitudes of photos and videos of our puppy since birth. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience with Sally and her Maltese Angel Babies has been!

  34. Dear readers/future puppy parents: I have to HIGHLY recommend to you, to recreate the pens/kennels that Sally has in your own home for when you bring home your baby!!! We did that for our little one and he's had absolutely NO problems adjusting, waking up/crying at night or toileting in his kennel. Sally will send you home with a blanket that was used by mama and his litter mates...just dump that in the kennel and gently introduce your baby. If he's anything like ours, he will happily go in and enjoy exploring his new digs. Our baby slept through the night since day 1 and in the almost three weeks since we've had him, he's never had an issue sleeping through the night. I have many MANY things to thank Sally for, but this kennel set up is truly invaluable. -CD, Mapleton on Our Home Where The Puppies Are Bred & Raised

I was able to meet my tiny little baby at the two-week mark…holding him for the first time sent me to cloud nine and I don’t think I’ve been off that cloud since lol! I was also able to meet both Cozy (whose beautiful expression just melts me) and Benji (who I’m smitten over) I’m so happy these two beautiful creatures are my puppy’s parents! The best way I can describe my experience so far is that I’m watching a long time dream come true before my eyes. I’ve wanted a Maltese for SO many years and Sally is sharing her blessings and talents and making my dream happen. I talk with her often and my puppy photo album is updated frequently so I can watch my puppy grow and learn about what he’s doing day to day! I’m THREE days away from picking up my new little pup: I met him, his mom and dad and the rest of the pack at two weeks (Benji is AMAZING!), my pup has been to the vet and I have around 500 pictures and videos of him! I CANNOT be more ecstatic! I want to give a BIG thank you to Sally, and Joe (posts above mine) for all their help! I’m a first time puppy owner and have needed *a lot* of guidance, everything from what supplies would be best to questions about health and grooming. Sally is *always* happy to answer my questions and help guide me…we talk multiple times a week! She’s always forthcoming with her knowledge and willing to help. And it’s wonderful because with her guidance, I’ve been able to set up a launching pad for me and my puppy’s life together. This is not the experience some of my friends and family have had with other breeders!!! I feel confident and READY to bring this tiny, precious little life into my home and give him the best care possible.

  37. Thank you for the visit! Everything in your home is just as clean and spotless as it appears in the photos. Was very impressed with all of the homes! A lot of thought and care went into to each kennel to make a perfect comfortable home for each puppy. Unlike the other (3) breeders I have used in the past. Even though they knew I was coming to their facility, they simply had their puppies in a naked kennel with newspapers (which were usually dirty) lining the floor. No toys, or food, just a water bowl which is not attached to the side of the kennel so it has been upturned and spilled by the little ones. The puppies are unkept and have not been groomed at all. Sally's babies (adults included) take a look at their homes! Everything is clean with pleasnty of toys for the babies to interact with. All of them are groomed, well fed, and more importantly its is obviously that they are loved and cherished by Sally and Steve. Joe and Ronna Bend Oregon

With the previous 3 breeders I purchased from, we saw only 1 maybe 2 photos of our puppy that were posted on the breeders website and they were taken just prior to us picking up the puppy. We saw nothing of our puppies growth and had no idea how their Mom's looked after the puppies during their development. You, however, have provided us a wonderful photo album that we will always cherish that includes photos of our babies birth, development, and interactions with her brother, sister, and Mommy, and more! 43. It's a relief to know my puppy will be coming from such a clean/pristine environment! I’ve referred to this post several times already, in preparation of how to set up puppy’s pen and maintenance it (bleach and Downey!) I'm sure I'll be studying it many more times in the near future, too. I’ll be replicating this as closely as possible to make puppy’s transition as seamless as can be! It’s also been helpful to set up in my mind, how I will handle the puppy as far as visitors are concerned, time outside and play time in the house. I love the bassinet idea and am wondering how I’ll be working it into a training schedule. You are leading by example, Sally, and I’m learning so much! -CD, Mapleton

After all the questions I’ve asked, I feel COMFORTABLE that I’ll have support even after the puppy comes home with me. Being a first-time dog owner and talking with other breeders felt a little disparaging: there was little interest in me as a potential puppy parent and it seemed like my questions were annoying them. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a dog as a constant in my life and I’m so blessed to be in the position to devote the time, energy and resources that a puppy needs! Plus, I know you’re there, Sally, just a phone call away if I need some guidance. That checklist is something I saw from you a couple weeks ago and saved: along with the recommendations you have in another post, I’ve been adding things to my internet shopping cart, all ready to hit the “checkout button” for when I’m a confirmed puppy mama! I really appreciate Debbie’s post too, very realistic and down to earth: sometimes it’s not love at first, but I’m so happy she’s falling in love with Libby and hope they’ve created a beautiful bond. -CD, Mapleton

  46. To all considering getting a baby from Sally: Sally is a Hobby Breeder, however, the word breeder does not describe what she does accurately. A better way to describe Sally and what she does is that she is a transparent breeder. She loves deeply and cares for all of her dogs and their babies like no other person I have ever met. Unlike the typical breeder, she give all of her dogs special attention a better way to describe Sally is that she is a transparent breeder. It's clear when you talk to her and visit her that all her dogs are happy, healthy, and more importantly, extremely well loved. She is not breeding for the sake of selling puppies. She does it to share the joy of the Maltese breed with all of us. Getting a baby from Sally is such a positive and rewarding experience and I encourage all of you who want to share the joy of being a Maltese parent to talk to Sally further. 47. I was looking for a list of grooming supplies and knew you had to have it somewhere on the blog! I also appreciate you mentioning microchipping: it seems to be a big controversy, not just ethically, but for health as well, so reading what your stance is helps a lot…especially for these little pups that are so highly desired. Is there a specific company that you recommend?—I’ve heard that some tales of a RFID reader not being able to pick up a microchip because it couldn’t sense the chip? Just passing this along too for new puppy-parents like myself: most of the vets I interviewed offer a bundled puppy package, which includes exams, vaccinations, well puppy check up, with or without microchipping etc, all for a quite reasonable price, so make sure to ask about that if you’re looking for a vet. I also had no idea about hypoglycemia in the Maltese breed, Nutrical will be something I make sure to pick up as well as brushing up on symptoms! -CD, Mapleton

  48. Still loving these lists you provide, thank you! Makes it so easy to check off and make sure I have everything…and the little pup hiding among his stuffed animals—that is a precious, frame worthy picture! I like the way you’re correlating the puppy to a human baby’s age, makes it a little easier to understand methods and reasons, it’s all making sense! -CD, Mapleton

  49. The videos are invaluable!—thank you for posting them! I’m hoping I don’t run across this issue but this post will help prepare me to keep my cool, just in case—I’d imagine it would be pretty spooky when your new puppy isn’t eating! This is a big point in our house: not to feed the puppy anything that’s not scheduled or on the approved list. -CD, Mapleton

  50. Thanks for this list, Sally, I’ve added every item on it to my shopping list. I just wanted to pass this along: the EBay seller for the Kennel has upped the price to $79.90. I see that AmazonBasics has a 36” kennel option for around $42, but among the thousands of positive reviews there are a couple that give pause: some broken wires and cut pets, so buyer beware. -CD, Mapleton

  51. Question: You mention that “…a puppy’s first attachment is usually with her mother…” I feel like this could be read in regards to either the puppy’s doggy mother and father, in addition to the human family as well. This is something I feel strongly about either way: the puppy being able to form bonds with his canine family at first, and then being properly weaned in prep for moving on to his human family. I feel like these are important developments that many puppies “on the market” just don’t get in full—in part, why I appreciate your approach so much. In our house, we’ve discussed the importance of other family members (besides myself, even though I’ll be the main caregiver) participating in cares and playtime in order to form bonds with the puppy as well. I can’t wait to form and build a bond with my puppy! -CD, Mapleton

  52. RITZY is the most precious baby girl in the world! Sally had to work double hard bringing Ritzy to her departure time, due to the fact that she was a 'singleton' puppy (only ONE puppy in the litter). Without Sally's very special care Ritzy might not have made it. Because of her great love for ALL of her Maltese Angel Puppies, we believe we have our beautiful baby with us today. Ritzy is doing wonderful adjusting to her new home with us in Wyoming!
We are looking forward to many awesome years together! We are SO HAPPY!

  53. Dear Sally, I've eagerly read all the blog categories and have so much information that my head is spinning. I glad I will be able to refer back to them anytime. You are truly an amazing person, amazing breeder, one of a kind. There simple is no one out there like you. When I found your website, I felt as if I had been guided there by an angel.

We are in hopes of being selected as parents of one of your angel babies in the future. After having a Maltese, you just can't imagine having any other breed... And now I can't imagine going to anyone else but you. The whole process you have come up with and the information that you provide is so superb. You are so thorough. When the time comes we will be ready thanks to your guidance. I look forward to speaking with you soon....because I love to talk Maltese too!

  54. My husband and I are in our 70s and this is our very first baby puppy. We searched online trying to find the perfect puppy. We were very disappointed, there is no information on the puppies history! We found SALLY’s advertisements on line “Maltese Angel Baby’s”and immediately new this was the Perfect place to get our new puppy. We contacted Sally and talked with her and she also connected us with other Angel Baby parents while we were on the phone. Our excitement began that day and so did the amazing journey to get our Angel Baby. Sally her self is Awesome. This is our first time experience with a Breeder but it’s obvious Sally is so much more than a Breeder she is a Breeder of Excellence.the special traits she breeds for the HALO above the eyes and the FLATT BUTTON NOSE.the passion love and care she has for these babies shows in every way in the puppies them selves. They are Maltese Puppies of true Excellence....
Sally stayed in contact with us daily. The blog she set up is full of information to help new parents prepare for the baby, showing the Disney Pad and all the items needed to set it up and where to purchase all the items. On June 29th we met Sally and her husband Steve and our Angel Baby. Their home is beautiful, warm and sterile as well as the facility for the babies. We met stunning daddy Benji and beautiful mommy Heidi. We met all the puppies so precious and beautiful as well. We held our baby Aunde in a serene and joyful atmosphere “Joy Unspeakable ”. Sally stays in almost daily contact with us sending the most amazing pictures of our baby, as Aunde will be changing from day to day and we get to bond and be apart of it. We will know and understand our baby when we pick him up on July 27th. “Can’t wait excitement over load!” What Breeder does this? allowing parents to be a part of this from birth to 7 weeks? Sally gives the expecting parents the whole experience of an amazing journey! I would say to anyone wanting Excellence in a puppy you get this and so much more from an Excellent Breeder. Sally gives her best to her Angel Babies they lack for nothing, and that gives you the best ever Angel Baby.... thank you Sally for what you do and you are always only a phone call away.

  56. We started looking to add a new member to our family and discovered the Maltese breed. It was love at first pics for both of us. We began looking for a breeder. After several phone calls and emails we started to get discouraged. We then talked to Sally for the first time and we knew we wanted to work with her. The way she talks about the puppies as if they are her own babies is heartwarming. However, she takes it a step further by creating this blog that helps potential parents and expecting parents learn everything about these very special puppies. Thank you for the information and resources.

  57. The amount of information contained on your website and blogsite is beyond amazing! I am so excited about the birth of my Angel Baby near the 17th of January (I keep looking at the x-rays) and meeting my new baby one of the first days of February! Really it doesn't matter whether the baby is a boy or a girl. My husband and I will love the baby with all our hearts! I had my human babies before the invention or common use of sonograms, so it was a surprise to me with each child and made no difference in the amount of love!

  58. We're at the beginning of the process to become an Angel Baby Parent. This journey has been educational, exciting and at times emotional. It warms my heart to read the blogs of some of the other already parents. It's nice to connect with others that also treat their dogs as one of their family members. Thank you Sally!

  59. What a marvelous experience it was to visit my two-week-old baby Beaux in Sally and Steve's home. They were so welcoming and warm. I felt like I had known them for a long time. (Sally and I had talked on the phone many times before.) I was a little nervous about the visit, but they put me at ease quickly. Their home is lovely and clean and contains everything a maltese puppy or adult could need. The number of stuffed animals and toys is amazing! Each maltese has a wonderfully stimulating Disneyland taylored to his/her needs. The nursery for the mothers and babies is in a quiet, calm room that also has Sally's desk and computer so she can keep tabs on everything while she is working. I was able to hold my little Beaux in a fleece blanket. Sally and Steve did not rush me, but gave me a chance to enjoy my baby and get to know his mother, Rose, and his father, Brahms. I even was able to hold Rose while Beaux nursed! That was quite the mothering experience! Steve and Sally showed me the large area where all their maltese have their own Disneylands. It was a beautiful, clean facility in which to take care of all their needs. I just can't say enough about working with Sally and Steve as breeders. I have never experienced such a hands-on approach from before the birth of the babies up until (and after) I bring my baby home. This has been an exceptional experience so far, and I know that I have nothing but positive happenings ahead of me as I bring my baby home in about 4 weeks! I can't wait.

  60. We had started our Maltese puppy search a few weeks back and had spoke with a couple more local breeders. Neither of them seemed nearly as passionate or as informative as Sally with regards to Maltese puppies. We spent well over an hour chatting about her Angels, the puppy adoption process and addressing my concerns. The time she spent with me was definitely above and beyond a breeder's norm and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my future puppy. Thank you Sally!

  61. As we're entering the waiting list for one of these Angel Babies, Sally has generously shared her time and allowed us to talk on the phone with current owners of new Maltese babies. It is very interesting to hear about the progress their babies are making and the individual personality traits they see developing. Two common themes we hear from every owner is that "Sally is wonderful" and "My puppy slept through the night in their Disneyland!" We're enjoying meeting so many truly nice people who absolutely adore their new Maltese Angel Baby! We can't wait to join the club!!

  62. Sally, thank you so much for your helpful and detailed information and blog. We are currently waiting for an angel baby to take home with us in May or June. I spoke with Sally and other pet parents and feel so confident in the breeder we have chosen and her no pressure demeanor. This blog has so much love and information poured into it, Sally definitely loves what she does and cares about where her babies go. The waiting is the hardest part by far but sooner or later we will be happy puppy pet parents again, and it will be definitely worth the wait!

You make the process so helpful and give all the information we need and more. Now comes the hard part and waiting for a puppy to be born and on the way. It is also nice to talk to other parents who have a puppy and who are waiting for a puppy and their experiences. You don't get that type of quality from another breeder. However, in our experience Sally is the only breeder I have known to be so detailed and excellent in educating and providing so much support about what to get and where. That is beyond helpful. 119. At first, I thought having to read all these blogs just an extra step - however, it has helped me to stop and think of everything and help me figure out what exactly I need to be ready for this new family member. I will now also make my teenage granddaughters read through many of these so they will feel more involved and better understand why they can't continuously hold and love on this new one. They will be better able to understand the needs of the puppy and not just what they want to do. Thanks so much for having me take the time to be a better informed new puppy mom. Judi - Reno, NV

  131. We are in the early stages of our process with Sally and are absolutely impressed with what we have experienced so far: she is extremely informative and knowledgable as well as prompt in her responses! But, what truly stands out is her love and excellent care she provides for the babies she raises. We could not be happier with the breeder selection we made and we have researched breeders for months - thank you Sally for being the kind of excellent, caring, and ethical breeder than you are, we appreciate it! We cannot wait to get our new puppy and are looking forward to your guidance in this exciting process!

We too are in the early stages of securing a puppy from Sally and we are so impressed with everything she does to make sure you are prepared to take home a beautiful angel baby to love and nurture. She loves her angel babies so much and only wants the best homes for them and it is obvious through her extensive screening process how much she cares for her babies. Her blog provides a wealth of information on what to do to prepare for bringing home your puppy and we will refer back to it all of the time to help us with our new puppy. We couldn’t be happier with choosing Sally to get our little angel baby from.
